Quality Assurance
Every boiler, heater, and burner part is hand inspected before being shipped. We sell genuine Shenandoah and Firelake Manufacturing furnace burner parts. All parts are covered by a warrantee from the manufacturer for quality and workmanship.
Warranties
Northwest Industrial Equipment makes no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, including warranties for fitness for use, or otherwise. By purchasing online the Purchaser acknowledges Northwest Industrial Equipment is acting solely as a broker and is not responsible for the performance of the product, or otherwise. There are warranties supplied by each factory. Each product sold and serviced is covered under a factory-supplied warranty. The Purchaser/Dealer/Reseller will take complete responsibility for the installation of the product(s) purchased from Northwest Industrial Equipment, and will abide by all national and local codes, regulations, and laws (codes, regulations, and laws may vary in geographical locations).
Northwest Industrial Equipment may render advice, recommendations or opinions as to the application, installation or operation of its products, but such advice, recommendations or opinions shall be at Purchaser’s own risks and shall not give rise to liability based upon reliance on such advice, recommendations or opinions rendered by Northwest Industrial Equipment.
Returns and Replacements
Electrical parts may not be returned. If you have questions about returning a part please contact us to request a return materials authorization number before returning a product for a replacement or refund. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged regardless of the reason for the return, unless the part is defective. Please send returns or replacements to: Northwest Industrial Equipment, 22020 – 68th Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032. Please enclose your name, address, phone, and e-mail. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are sent via UPS from Kent, Washington (near Seattle). Orders are processed Monday – Friday and are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. Allow 7 days for delivery, though delivery times vary with location. To ensure prompt delivery please include your complete delivery address with your order.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the product weight and destination.
Delivery outside USA
Northwest Industrial Equipment ships to addresses in the USA only.
Governing Law
The right and the duties of the parties hereto shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
Company's Liability
In no event or under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages or for anticipated profits of Purchaser. The Company’s sole liability for any breach hereunder is, at its election, to repair or to refund the purchase price, under the terms of the Manufacturer’s warranties set forth herein. Company shall have no liability to third parties, and Purchaser agrees and acknowledges this limitation.
In any event, the Company’s liability in connection with this order, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty or otherwise, shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products.
Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration/mediation in King County, Washington. No appeal may be taken from an arbitration decision and the arbitrator must apply the strict language of this contract/invoice. The arbitrator shall award cost and expense, including legal cost, to the prevailing party.
